Responsibilities: - Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and management of the store - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train and develop new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively - Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts - Oversee cash register operations and handle cash transactions accurately - Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management - Assist in sales management by promoting products, upselling, and meeting sales targets - Communicate with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Conduct employee orientation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures - Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving store performance Requirements: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers - Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Multilingual abilities are a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
