*Overview*
A Glo, Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day functions of the store.
You will provide ongoing support and training focusing on overall store performance, cleanliness, sales, and upholding the Glo standard.
You must possess a high level of communication skills, a positive leadership style, being the team “_cheerleader_.
”
*Requirements*
*REQUIRED CRITERIA TO MEET: *Meet and exceed personal sales goals, create and develop glo-ing reviews for salon culture and the overall salon reputation throughout both employees and clients, confidently and correctly performing all associate leader duties.
*IN-STORE REQUIREMENTS: *Full time, ranging from 32 - 38 hours per week, required in salons.
Schedules should be based on salon needs and necessary requirements.
Reliable transportation, availability is open and flexible to assist with nights, weekends and mandatory necessities to the salon; *works at least a minimum of one night or one weekend per week unless every team member is fully trained*.
Available by phone during salon hours and calls back in a timely manner.
*Qualifications*
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of management experience
1+ years of customer service experience

*Sales*
Assists in *reaching team sales goals*
*Distinguishing areas of missed opportunities *with each employee
*Daily sales* are checked
*Providing recognition and praise* for stand out occurrences
*Minimize client cancellations*
*Management*
*Employee satisfaction, growth and retention* is main focus
*Shift Coverage* when needed as a last resort
*Prepare Monthly Team Meetings* with Store Leader
*Effective implementation* of tasks given by Store Leader regarding:
* New and existing policies and procedures
* New hire training and shadowing
* Continued training with existing employees
*Follow up *on tasks and training
*Informs Store Leaders *of issues in salon
* All issues/concerns/negative comments expressed to you from a staff member or client must be communicated to management within 24 hours.
*Biweekly calls *with District Leader
*Customer Service*
*Exceptional customer service *throughout the entire staff
*All client issues are handled within 24-48 hours* and all clients are satisfied; Follow up with Guest Services for issues needing handled
*Receive only ‘glo-ing’ reviews *on social media
*All team members are fully aware of what they can do* for clients and know when to call Guest Services
*Cleanliness & Maintenance*
*Biweekly Mock Audits* of the salon; shares feedback with store leader
*Verifies deep cleanings* have been completed in the store
*Store Audits* must receive 90% (done monthly by district leader)
*Troubleshoots *and helps repair equipment when capable and trains team to do so; equipment issues are communicated to maintenance team immediately; Update and follow up daily on maintenance issues
*Compensation*
$17.
-20 per hour blended pay!
