Cosmetologist or Esthetician license is required.
Cosmetology preferred.
No Head Spa management required however experience as a Spa manager, Salon manager or Massage manager is required.
As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of spa professionals.
You will also coordinate with our social media expert in order to manage new business.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the spa's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train, and supervise spa staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment to create a relaxing atmosphere for clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality products and negotiate favorable pricing
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the spa remains competitive
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa management or a similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and financial management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele
- Ability to develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills
- Bilingual skills (e.
