Kitchen and Bath Designer Responsibilities • Our Sales and Design work style will require this person to take warm leads and prospects through the sales process with showroom tours, detailed discussions of options and site visits • They will then be responsible for designing the projects using AutoCAD and Mozaik/2020 Software, and seeing the project through to completion • This is done with the support of a project manager and engineering department as well as design direction • You will work closely with our shop to ensure your designs meet your client’s expectations • This includes formal training in the showroom, peer shadowing and shop tour and training in Michigan • Educating Clients on benefits of our products • Working with Clients throughout the process including follow-ups and meetings • Always accept feedback daily and demonstrate personal accountability Qualifications • Have considerable experience in the luxury cabinetry market sector • Be an expert Kitchen Designer • Be proficient in 2D AutoCAD • Have some experience with 2020, Cabinet Vision or Mozaik Software • Be confident • Have a positive attitude • Be very organized • Enjoy working as a team as well as on their own • Be a strong communicator through both email and oral communications • Able to manage multiple projects • Enjoy meeting with people • Demonstrate passion for detail and accuracy • Enjoy a professional work environment • Demonstrate personal accountability • Enjoy being an active part of a dynamic company • Maximized through initiative, problem solving and understanding goals • Being on time; In personal appearance and behavior as well as the finished product • Maintained at all times, especially tough ones Benefits • The ability to have hands-on training provided to you, learning opportunities, and gaining experience • The position is SALARY plus commission based • Base Salary is $85,000 and commissions are awarded at a rate of 10% of collected sales over $70,533 per month • M-F Schedule • Healthcare Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Company paid Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance benefits • Aflac supplemental plans available • Holiday time off with pay • PTO time • Matching 401-K • Four quarterly company family events per year Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,084.
