This position requires a minimum of 4 years of highline parts advisor experience.
*Wholesale Parts Advisor Responsibilities:*
* Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer.
* Perform retail sales counter transactions for parts and catalog items.
* Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving.
* Obtain brand specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product.
* Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.
*Parts Counter Associate Qualifications:*
* High line automotive experience required
* CDK/DMS experience required
* A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
* Professional personal appearance
* Excellent oral and written communication abilities
* Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
* Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
