Bond Street Salon is a fashion forward, fast paced salon located in the heart of Delray Beach off Atlantic Avenue.
We are looking for a qualified person whose job would be to ensure the effective flow of the salon and client experience.
The candidate would be responsible for managing the appointments of 10+ highly skilled stylists.
As the first and last point of contact for salon guests, ultimately you will help build positive client/stylist relationships.

*Responsibilities:*
* Acknowledge every client or potential client that enters the salon with a smile
* Proficient in multitasking as it relates to answering phone calls while continuing to be attentive to other salon duties
* Maintain decorum and composure during peak hours of operation
* Process transactions and keep records
* Ensure the desk is visually photo ready at all times
* Problem solve any aesthetic mishaps on salon floor
* Maintain stock and cleanliness of retail shelves
* Assume responsibilities as the chain of command for salon function (client arrival, coffee/water, robes, treatment/shampoo)
*Requirements:*
* Must have flexible day/night/weekend availability- However we can work with your schedule
* Salon experience required
* Superb customer service skills are _a must_
* Wear professional attire as it pertains to your personal style
* Be punctual and dependable
