* Instruct group fitness classes to the ability of the Owners and guests participating (e.
g.
, aqua aerobics, stretching, mind body, cardio/strength, outdoor nature walks, senior classes and youth classes).
* Deliver classes with an enthusiastic and engaging teaching style to promote a safe, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
* Obtain group fitness certification within ninety (90) days of hire.
