Job Number 4900018591 Start Date Open Date 01/05/2024 Closing Date Primary Purpose: Prepare 3-year-old children for PK-4 and kindergarten by providing access to high-quality early childhood instruction.
Provide appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.
Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree Valid Texas teaching certificate with required bilingual endorsements for subject and level assigned Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned: Bilingual/PK-3 Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of core academic subject assigned Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Bilingual Experience: UTRGV Teacher Resident or approved internship Please see attached Job Description for further information.
