School Admissions Representative

We're looking for an *Admissions Representative* to join our team! \*Prior experience in higher education is highly favorable.
\* As an Admission Representative, you will interview potential students and inform them of school’s program offerings, qualifications, and services in hopes of attracting potential students to attend the school.
*ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Set appointments utilizing callbacks, referrals and follow-up to mailings.
* Meet with prospective students and facilitate the admissions process up to and including prospecting, interview, enrollment and start.
* Enroll qualified applicants.
* Maintain accurate files in compliance and industry standards.
* Maintains weekly personal contact with students prior to the class start.
* Conduct follow-up of future students by checking their enrollment status.
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:* * 0-2+ years of admissions or related experience preferred * Experience in sales preferred *MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* * Proficient with Microsoft Office products * Detail oriented with excellent communication skills * Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under limited direction while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and follow-through skills.
