Mayweather Boxing and Fitness is a dynamic instructor-led boxing and fitness experience.
Our group fitness workouts are inspired by Floyd Mayweather’s training and techniques using a variety of boxing combinations, cardio, endurance, and strength training.
Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety.

*Reports to: *Head Instructor
*Pay Structure: *Minimum of $25- $45 per class, a combination of base class pay and attendance bonus.
Personal Training sales commission is also available.

*Job Overview*
You’ll lead group fitness-style workout outs helping our members find their inner champ! As an instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:
* Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
* Make sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
* Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart-rate-focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing.
* Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
* Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration
* Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by partnering with the studio team to participate in campaigns
* Be a team player
*As an Instructor, You Have:*
* Enthusiastic, personable, and friendly disposition
* Passion for health and wellness
* “Teamwork makes the dreams work” attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* 1 Year of Coaching Experience Minimum
* *REQUIRED: Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness.

* *REQUIRED: Be AED/CPR certified*
