Swim Instructor/Lifeguard

Responsibilities: - Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels - Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and water safety - Provide guidance and support to swimmers to help them improve their skills and confidence in the water - Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants - Administer first aid and CPR if necessary - Perform lifeguard duties as needed - Assist with pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical testing - Provide excellent guest services and address any customer concerns or inquiries Requirements: - Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques - Current lifeguard certification preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) for equipment setup and pool maintenance tasks - CPR certification required - Previous experience in swim instruction or lifeguarding is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
