We are seeking a part-time enthusiastic, committed, motivated, dependable gymnastics team coach to join our coaching staff to further develop our teams.
Position currently available is with our Compulsory and Optional level athletes for *BOTH *our men's and women's teams.
Gymnastics team coach should have a strong gymnastics background, able to implement training, progressions, work in a group setting and develop gymnast’s skills/routines for competitions and be able to relate to the athletes to help overcome struggles/fears
We are looking for fresh perspectives and new ideas to build strong athletes.
Gymnastics team coach must be able to work in collaboration with other team staff (be a team player) as well as being organized, dedicated to teaching proper form, technique, progressions and creating a positive learning environment.

*Requirements for Gymnastics Team Coach:*
· Minimum of 2 years Prior competitive team coaching experience with
knowledge of all USA levels Compulsory, X-cel and Optional levels
· Have: USA /AAU Gymnastics membership
· Ability to pass background check
· Positive, motivational and love gymnastics life!
· Work with gymnasts of all abilities and ages
· Ability to develop & implement curriculum/rotational/group skill stations
· Actively engage athletes and provide productive feedback
· Ability to commute/plan to re-locate prior to start date-& Reliable transportation
*Gymnastics Team Coach Responsibilities:*
- Teach proper techniques and form.
- Ability to actively spot athletes and move equipment.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for gymnasts to learn and grow
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Ensure the gym area is clean and organized.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
*Salary is based on experience and coaching background*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.
00 - $26.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
