Wanted: Experienced Landscaper Workman/Workmen for complete yard clean-out, fix-up and landscaping of small property.
Must speak English (enough to communicate), be able to lift, be able to trim trees and bushes from a ladder, remove a small tree stump, have transportation and be available 8 hours a day for 1- 2 days with an hour for lunch- 8:30AM (start 9AM) to 6PM with lunch from 1-2 PM on Sat.

Bring snacks/drinks for the day (a refrigerator is available).
1-hour for lunch and restaurants are nearby but packing a lunch is recommended.
No smoking, drinking or drugs.
Honesty and dependability are essential.
Must show up on time ready to work.
Job includes laying weed-block fabric, installing sod if needed, installing mulch, pressure washing, re-positioning and painting patio stones/concrete, planting & re-locating plants, bagging yard waste.
*Ideas are needed to improve curb appeal of property.
Will buy additional items needed to improve the property but will need help
getting the items to the jobsite.
You will be compensated for that time.
Available: pressure washer, chain saw and hand tools needed.
Can be done by a one or two-man team.
Will be easier with two-man team to help each other.
You will see everything that needs to be done when hired.
Prefer to hire by/before Wed.
