Are you ready to go beyond? Summary: We are seeking an Auxiliary Power Unit Industrial Manager to closely support the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Industrial Manager in executing the APU industrial plan.
This position involves interfacing with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, Materials and the APU Program Office.
Key Responsibilities: Work in conjunction with the APU Production Chief to drive industrial hardware availability tracking, develop hardware tracking line of balance sheets, and engage with external suppliers to drive critical hardware deliveries in support of customer contract requirements Develop sourcing transition plans in support of cost reduction and risk mitigation strategies Work with the Supply Chain team, both procurement and sourcing, to drive all key actions that influence production engine build and New Program Integration (NPI) Utilize project management skills to coordinate engineering changes and ensure they are implemented without disrupting customer deliveries Identify gaps that may inhibit smooth transitions from development to production, production to sunset, and supplier to supplier Facilitate part allocation decisions between production engines and spares demand; execute on all assigned APU Industrial tasks Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, procurement, program/project management or supply chain environment or a Master's degree and 5 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, procurement, program/project management or supply chain environment U.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
