Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Foreman to oversee and manage installation of Mechanical Systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled installers, ensuring that all mechanical installations, are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, participate in the activities of mechanical installation.
- Plan and schedule with project superintendent
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, including time and materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of installations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
