On Site Maintenance Technician Needed (Jupiter)

Busy restaurant is looking for a dependable, reliable, and qualified on-site maintenance technician with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Duties to include, but not limited to… • Physically examining the property on a regular basis • Troubleshooting any needs for the property • Maintaining landscaping, utilities, parking lot, signage, etc • Generally maintaining and improving the quality of the building • Maintaining public areas in a clean and safe fashion • Adhering to all maintenance and purchasing directives • Fixing small items • Executing preventive maintenance program • Creating work orders • Coordinating with vendors • Filing maintenance reports • Managing materials in storage • Managing repairs and maintenance with vendors, and ensuring the proper care of the property • Supervising outside contractors working on the Property.
Must have experience in… • Plumbing • Electric • Carpentry • Groundskeeping Preferred Skills & Qualifications… • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 3-5 Maintenance Experience • Ability to read and write in English • Knowledge of Restaurant Functions • Dependable and reliable • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and accountability skills.
• Strong attention to detail • Ability to take direction and adjust their approach and priorities as needed based on changing circumstances or new information, even when working without direct supervision.
