Position: Full-Time Nail Technician
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Closed on Sundays and Mondays)
Responsibilities:
Nail Care Services: Perform a variety of nail care services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, gel/acrylic applications, nail art, and more.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Ensure their satisfaction by actively listening to their preferences and delivering personalized nail care experiences.
Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
Follow proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products.
Provide recommendations to clients based on their preferences and educate them on proper nail care routines.
Appointment Management: Effectively manage appointment schedules, ensuring punctuality and efficiency in service delivery.
Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries with
professionalism and courtesy.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other salon/spa team members to enhance the overall client experience.
Support colleagues during peak times and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
Sales and Upselling: Actively promote salon products and services.
Upsell additional treatments or products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Compliance: Stay informed about and comply with state regulations and licensing requirements related to nail care services.
Qualifications:
Valid Nail Technician license in the state of Florida.
Proven experience in providing high-quality nail care services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for staying updated on industry trends.
