JOB SUMMARY
The Scenthound marketing team is looking for a high energy, marketing professional to act as a liaison between the corporate team and our franchisees.
As our franchise network expands, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This role is essential in ensuring our franchisees have the support they need to succeed and maintain a consistent brand image across the network.
This is a full time, report to office position at our Corporate Headquarters in Jupiter, Florida.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides day-to-day marketing support for franchisees
Works with franchisees as the main liaison to manage local marketing activity, administration, and budgets
Ensure all franchise requests (tickets) are addressed within 24 hours and acknowledged upon receipt.
Ensure all franchise requests are delivered within the expected or promised due date.
Proactively manage and resolve franchisee inquiries and issues, ensuring franchisees do not need to follow up on tickets.
Review all creative work for spelling and accuracy before delivering it to franchisees, maintaining the highest quality standards.
Ensure locations are fully set up with the correct access to various platforms, including Facebook pages, ad accounts, Google ad accounts, website location pages, etc.
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to post blog posts on the website to engage and inform our audience.
Facilitate and coordinate the sending of monthly email and additional emails as needed.
Manage and update regularly the website with articles, press releases, podcasts, and other relevant content to ensure a positive guest experience and reflects our brand.
Ensure all franchise listings are up-to-date and accurate.
Identify new areas for outreach to expand our franchise network.
Responsible for the media strategy, pre-opening visits, social media and local website setup and other special projects for each location within the assigned local market
Works with development and operations teams during pre-opening process to build pre-opening awareness and memberships
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in a franchise or multi-location business environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
Social media management experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

$45,000 to $55,000 per year
