Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our sales team, focusing on promoting and selling the REILoop portal to prospective subscribers.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who excels in networking and relationship building.
You will play a key role in expanding our subscriber base by engaging directly with potential clients through various direct sales activities and educational events.
Responsibilities
* *Lead Generation:* Schedule and conduct breakfast, lunch, and dinner meetings with potential subscribers to introduce them to the REILoop portal.
* *Educational Initiatives:* Organize and conduct weekly "Lunch and Learn" sessions with brokerage firms and setup learning demo days via web conference or live events to demonstrate the value of the REILoop platform.
* *Sales Conversion:* Drive the conversion of prospects into active subscribers through tailored presentations and effective follow-up strategies.
* *Team Collaboration:* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback and emerging trends.
* *Onboarding:* Responsible for the onboarding and training of new internal sales representatives, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet their sales targets.
* *Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for the sales leadership.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in software sales or real estate-related fields.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with professionals at all levels.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience in conducting training sessions or public speaking is highly desirable.
