Responsibilities:
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our rare coins, gold, silver, and other precious items, including sales terms.
Apply and enhance our sales methodology, adapting to market trends and innovations.
Engage with our marketing division to devise effective strategies.
Stay abreast of competitive dynamics and industry developments.
Ensure the realization of monthly sales targets.
Provide inspiration and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Identify and engage prospective customers, exploring new market segments.
Qualifications:
