Looking for singer guitar player (Lake worth)

My name is Danny I sing and play lead guitar.
I am trying to put together a band and we are looking for another singer who plays guitar or keyboards I have a studio in Lake Worth fully equipped including drums.
The Bass player and I have been together for over a year in another band and we just got a great new drummer.
I will attached a list of songs from our last band just to give you an idea of the kind of music we will be playing.
Of course we are open the the new songs that are new member will add.
I enjoy singing harmonies just as much and not wanting to sound arrogant I am good at it .
Hopefully we will be adding songs that you sing.
