Miller’s Mastery Cleaning Services is hiring professional cleaning masters to add to its team of Independent Contractors.
We hire people as 1099 subcontractors rather than W-2 employees, meaning you use your own cleaning supplies and transportation.
Must be able to do residential cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction and move outs cleaning.

YOU MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
We handle ALL of the customer service, scheduling, payments, billings, etc.
All you have to do is show up on time, do a great job, keep the customer satisfied and get paid! You keep 100% of the tips you get.
We typically send 2-4 person teams, so please apply if you already have a crew of multiple people working with you.
Responsibilities:
Deliver thorough and efficient cleaning services to residential and commercial properties, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail.
Uphold strict confidentiality, respecting client’s privacy while working in their spaces.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Must have your own cleaning supplies.
Vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, towels, detergent and other tools to clean.
Time management.
Great verbal communication.
Must be a detail-oriented, hard worker and love to clean.
Must be energetic and have a great attitude at all times.
Must be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
Demonstrated track record of providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently, making informed decisions regarding cleaning methods and techniques.
Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Own reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining consistent cleaning standards.
Must possess all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies required for effective job performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional client interactions.
Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning results.
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
, to stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties.
Must have a valid social security number and authorized to work in the United States.
Speak English and Spanish (Conversational English is ok).
