Chiropractic Front Desk Receptionist

*G*&S Chiropractic is seeking a friendly and energetic Front Desk Receptionist/treatments with chiropractic experience to join our team.
The Receptionist will greet patients, visitors, and co-workers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
The ideal candidate must be organized, and able to work with patients and perform treatments while meeting deadlines.
Prefer candidate who has worked with the Eclipse program at front desk.
If no experience with Eclipse, will train a quick learner.
Candidate must work with patient treatments.
We are seeking a preferably bi-lingual individual.
It is necessary to be timely and attendance responsible.
We are looking for a professional who is willing to grow along with the company.
We have eight clinics throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach.
*Essential Functions:* * Greeting guests, visitors, and patients with sincerity and professionalism.
* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls.
* Schedule appointments.
* Keep files in order.
Speak with attorneys when required.
Send files out to attorneys.
* Maintain cleanliness of reception area; clearing trash; sanitizing reception area at the end of each shift.
* Other duties assigned for front desk receptionist/assistant that are required.
Will train if necessary *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or GED required.
* Must have previous experience in the chiropractic field.
* Must possess computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.
).
