Due to expansive growth in the last six months, we are actively looking to hire an Entry Level Customer Service Representative.
Your main objective in this position is to assist our newest client and fulfill their customer acquisition and retention objectives, increase their customer satisfaction ratings, and work side-by-side with the customer service team to generate a white glove customer experience.

*What Does an Entry Level Customer Service Representative Do?*
* Interact with new customers through outbound and inbound efforts utilizing consultative skills to provide tailored product and service recommendations that cater directly to the customer's needs
* Identify, obtain, and retain high-value customers and assist them in the qualification process for insurance coverage in the auto glass replacement process
* Assist in managing customer accounts from initial contact to product delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction
* Provide daily and weekly progress reports to management
* Attend daily and weekly classroom-style training sessions to maintain a working knowledge of all available products, services, and promotions
* Maintain professionalism, positive composure, and enthusiastic energy while working with customers, clients, and our team
*Requirements of an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative:*
* 1-3 years of experience working in any customer-facing role
* Must be a team player and possess a healthy, competitive spirit
* Proficient communication and presentation skills
* Must have a passion for working and communicating with others, both internally and externally
* Prior leadership experience is a plus
