We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Customer Service Champion*_ _*position!
As a Customer Service Champion, you will be primarily supporting technicians in the field by documenting, scheduling, and communicating all stages of the customer experience for each job.
The critical component of this role is to assist with timely task completion at a high level of excellence.
Accurate job descriptions, pleasant phone conversations and a can do attitude to serve all facets of our team by taking incoming calls.
In this role you will interact primarily with all customers, service technicians and service office team members.

* Have experience using technology to coordinate scheduling
* Enjoy communicating enthusiastically to customers via phone
* Are geared towards collaboration both in office and with technicians in the field
* Find maintaining positive client relations rewarding

* Seeks out ways to improve communication and streamline processes
* Strong attention to detail for daily data entry
Exceptional Customer Service Champion Candidates:
* Have 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
* Understands the construction industry as it relates to permitting and inspections.
* Has previous experience with data entry for accounts receivable and payable
* Possess a strong sense of urgency and follow up
* Are familiar with the electrical trade
