Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to both English and Spanish-speaking customers - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed Qualifications: - Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Previous customer service experience is preferred Job Types: Contract, Temporary Salary: $17.
