About the Job:
We are looking for an Enthusiastic Call Center Representative who combines excellent customer service and multitasking skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
You should also have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment.
It is also vital that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Understand the responsibility of serving as the first point of contact for patients of our practice.
Greet callers warmly & provide courteous service throughout the call.
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to calls and emails, providing accurate information and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information while using sound judgement diffusing upset patients as needed.
Schedule appointments for patients that support office flow and function.
Maintain professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).
Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred).
