*Daily Responsibilities Of A Customer Enrollment Representative:*
* Work with a team of associates to oversee community focused outreach campaigns aimed at generating revenue for our clients
* Demonstrate strong communication skills through active listening and engaging with prospective customers during community fundraising campaigns
* Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment given support to families and community members.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
* Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
* Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
*The Requirements We Look For In A Customer Enrollment Representative:*
* 0-3 years as a Customer Enrollment Representative, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, or other relevant entry-level positions
* High school diploma and/or GED is a must
* Exhibits professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times
* Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to contribute new ideas
* Able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently
* Superb relationship building skills with an outgoing and charming personality
