Busy office in Delray Beach looking for an Office assistant/Client Services Rep
```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone & email
- Assist customers with inquiries
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Maintain a high level of organization in all aspects of the role
-Assist office manager with general office tasks
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
-Experience working in a professional office setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Ability to work independantly and as a Team Player
