Summary of Responsibilities The Client Services Representative maintains and expands external relationships with strategically identified professionals and professional groups.
This position will be assigned to a general region (or regions).
Client Services Representative is responsible for cultivating and achieving account objectives.
Client Services Representative represents the entire range of company services to his/her region(s) and professionals and professional groups, while ensuring communication, needs and expectations are met by the company.
Essential Duties: Exhibit the highest ethical standards at all times Build new business/business relationships and referrals Maintain excellent and ongoing knowledge of the range of company services.
Identify, maintain and establish productive, professional relationships with current and new groups/people in assigned region(s) Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, to include but not limited to admissions, medical, clinical staff, case management and professional relationship Work closely with Team Members, Client Services, Marketing, Administrations Coordinator, and Admissions to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution Answer inquiry calls efficiently and courteously Coordinate and processes all admissions to the facility Responsible for mailing program literature when requested Market to local businesses and community events about our Treatment program Build relationships with other In-patient and Out-patient Treatment Centers Explore and working new identified industries, corporate, first responders etc.
Create speaking events, social media content, and database of contacts Travel and attend events/conferences Market Master Holistic Program Work collaboratively with the Clinical Staff and, providing updated information Obtain necessary consent, identification, and financial documents needed to admit client into the program when required Is able to recognize and assist in crisis situations and provide interventions based on training and experience Ensure a professional atmosphere at all times Perform office duties as required including answering phones, faxing, typing, filing and other assignments as needed Support Transformations Treatment Center Inc.
mission by completing related results as needed Is knowledgeable of Clients Rights and treats all clients with dignity and respect in a consistent caring manner; adheres to federal confidentiality standards (HIPAA) Complete all required continuing education units Adhere to all company policies and procedures including: All calls and company computers may be monitored for training purposes, 24 hour video monitoring for security purposes Employees may not hold other employment outside of the Transformations Treatment Center Inc.
in any related field without prior written permission of the CMO Accountability and Performance Measures: Achieve minimum target number for agreed metrics Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and professionals/professional groups Maintain CRM notes on a daily/weekly basis Maintain expense report submission on weekly basis and adhere to company standard for expenses Attendance and reporting in weekly meetings Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecast Identify and approach new potential strategic customers/groups/industries Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams Consistently introduce clients to treatment at Transformations Treatment Center Inc.
Comply with all Anti-Kickback and all patient brokering laws as per employee compliance Provide consistent feedback relating to industry related activities to keep TTC informed Necessary Abilities: Positive representation of Transformations Treatment Center Inc.
