Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone call to introduce the company and our products and services.
Conduct thorough qualification of leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.

Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns.

*The skills/experience you'll need to be considered for this role:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to navigate computer systems and CRM software.
* Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
