*Job Description*
We are in search of a dynamic and multilingual individual who is fluent in Spanish, Creole, and English to join our team as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the front desk operations, interacting with clients, providing administrative support, and possessing proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
* Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and handling basic inquiries.
* Speak fluently in Spanish, Creole, and English to assist clients.
* Translate documents or messages as needed to facilitate clear communication.
* Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide information about our services and direct clients to the appropriate departments.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
* Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
* Familiarity with insurance terms and basic processes is advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
* Ability to utilize technology to streamline and improve office processes.
* Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize office processes.
* Collaborate with the team to implement improvements for increased efficiency.
* Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
* Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.
*Qualifications:*
* Fluent in Spanish, Creole, and English (speaking and writing).
* Previous experience in front desk operations/administrative support.
* Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
