Our Service Coordinators are typically the first point of contact the customer has with the Service Department.
Qualified candidates must enjoy a team environment and working with many different departments towards the common goal of 100% customer satisfaction!
*Responsibilities include:*
* Answering service calls, scheduling service appointments, checking on status of customer's vehicle in service.
* Follow up phone calls to customers
* Data entry
* Outbound service calls to schedule regular maintenance, recalls, and other services for customer vehicles
*Requirements include:*
* Excellent customer service skills, "Voice With A Smile" etiquette
* Ability to multi task, work in a fast paced environment
* Must have exceptional attention to detail, as well as knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* CDK/ADP experience preferred
* Prior customer service experience in hospitality, front desk, receptionist and/or call center experience preferred
* Must be capable of successfully completed a background check, pre-employment drug screening and possess a clean driving record.
*Service Hours of Operation:*
Monday through Thursday - 7:30am - 7pm
Fridays - 7:30am - 6pm
Saturdays - 8am - 5pm
