Customer Service Position

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner - Bilingual candidates who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish are highly desired Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
