Responsibilities

Documentation: Accurately record and document client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurance agents, and other team members to provide comprehensive assistance.
Problem-Solving: Identify and solve complex customer problems and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on delivering clear and concise information to customers.
