*We have an office in Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach.
(This position will be at the Palm Beach Gardens Office).
We provide IV vitamin therapy, chelation, ozone IV therapy, HOCATT Ozone Sauna, bioidentical hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss programs, nutritional programs, regenerative medicine, advanced functional lab testing, and pharmaceutical-grade supplements.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Answering multiple calls and either direct them to appropriate party or handle the caller’s needs
* Patient Intake
* Checking out all patient after receiving any services, make follow up appointments as necessary for their protocol
* Calling patients to schedule and remind them of upcoming appointments
* Providing education and support to patients as needed to help them with the practitioners protocols
* Communicating with all staff any patient needs and/or changes-
* Computer skills must include, Microsoft word, and EMR experience -
* Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies for office
* Duties also include assisting nurses and techs with treatment room preparation
