We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team at National Livescan Fingerprinting.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
*Key Responsibilities:* *Customer Service:* Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide information about our services, pricing, and answer general inquiries.
*Scheduling:* Manage appointments and bookings for fingerprinting services.
Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments, reschedule, or cancel as needed.
*Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate records of customer information.
Ensure all data is entered into our system accurately and confidentially.
*Office Maintenance:* Keep the office space organized, clean, and well-maintained.
Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.
