*Responsibilities include:* * Providing considerate aid in the everyday nurturing, education, and engagement of a toddler-aged child * Nurturing cognitive, emotional, and intentional behavioral growth * Promoting self-discovery and autonomous play * Developing curriculum and crafting engaging educational materials * Overseeing classroom management using alternative educational methods * Crafting assessments with love to monitor the child's progress * Regular progress updates provided to the parents and team * Additional responsibilities as needed and instructed by the family or team members *Requirements:* * Previous experience with toddlers and young children in an educational setting * Comprehensive knowledge of early developmental stages, encompassing motor skills, sensory perception, and communication * Enthusiasm and commitment to ongoing education, professional growth, and exploring new teaching approaches * Adaptable and devoted nature with a nurturing and positive disposition (ability to seamlessly integrate within the family and team dynamics) * Current certification in First Aid/CPR (before employment commencement) * Proficient in English, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Independent and capable of both individual and collaborative work within a team * Open and eager to travel both nationally and internationally * Possession of a valid Driver's License (own car ideal) * Currently residing in OR or willing to relocate to Jupiter, Florida.
