We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who can provide exceptional customer service while efficiently handling accounting operations for a large volume of residential communities.
This role is integral to our commitment to providing top-notch service to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
Deposit homeowner payments
Research and resolve A/R issues
Provide month-end reports
Interact with customers and Board of Directors via phone
Manage all aspects of billing homeowners
Generate late payment letters
Collaborate with attorneys on delinquent accounts
Prepare estoppels in a timely manner
Undertake special projects as needed
Qualifications
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software Jenark & MS Outlook
Customer service-oriented attitude and helpful demeanor
Experience in Property Management preferred
Experience with Jenark software is a plus
