Responsibilities
Meeting monthly financial reporting deadlines
Closing multiple properties and delivering accurate financial packages monthly
Interacting with Property Managers and Association Boards
Analyzing general ledger accounts for discrepancies and explaining variances to budget
Assisting with the yearly budget process
Working with auditors at year-end
Maintaining balance sheet detail
Qualifications
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Jenark
Experience in Property Management is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience is preferred
At least 1 year of Property Management Accounting experience is preferred
Compensation
The compensation for this full-time role is $26.
00 per hour.
