In this role you will work alongside our CFO to oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, daily financial entries and reconciliations and other general bookkeeping support services.

Responsibilities:
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable sub ledgers by verifying and posting transactions.
Advanced knowledge and experience managing payables and vendor communications.
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents
Assist in the preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
