We're seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Property Accounting to assist with overseeing our commercial real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Manage high volume AP/AR, general ledgers, bank reconciliation, balance sheets, and financial statements.
Produce high quality monthly reporting.
Ensure seamless month/quarterly/annual closes for multi-entity accounting operations.
Oversee and mentor staff members.
Regular internal audits.
Implement robust internal controls while providing insightful accounting analyses.
Utilize Yardi Voyager to maximize efficiency and accuracy in property accounting.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property Accounting.
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager with superior Excel skills.
Smaller company experience working hands-on while overseeing staff.
