Somfy Systems seeks a highly-organized professional to plan, organize, direct and manage the overall operations for the Retail Channel Inside Sales Team across North American facilities.
This position will act as a liaison between customers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our finance team.
The Controller will play a key role in overseeing the financial activities of the office, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred or MBA
Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
Bilingual Spanish
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Self- motivated, ability to thrive in a fast- moving, and constantly evolving environment
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, and ability to adapt to change.
Additional Information
Typical hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Tuesday – Thursday are required in office days.
Monday and Friday are optional work from home days after onboarding period.
