*Required Experience and Skills:* · Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA is required.
· 8+ years of professional accounting/finance experience · Manufacturing experience is required.
· Private Equity and Mergers/Acquisitions experience desirable.
· Must possess working knowledge of all taxation requirements and ability to oversea outside tax support service.
