Summary
Responsible for following and performing the functions and policies related to the company’s Accounts Receivable System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reviews, audits, and posts revenue activity to Accounts Receivable system for the Club and Property Management.
Prepares deposits and posts payments for the Club and Property Management.
Posts credit card payments from POS.
Receives telephone calls, visits, and messages from members and property owners, researches inquiries, prepares and posts adjustments.
Tracks past due balances of Club and Property Management members in the Accounts Receivable System.
Processes quarterly, annual and monthly billings, prints and mails statements.
Produces certain month end reports as requested.
Maintains members address changes in software.
Completes other appropriate assignments assigned by the controller.
Reconciles certain G/L accounts as requested.
Other Functions Cross train in Accounts Payable responsibilities.
