Staff Accountant

If you're a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and ready to assist clients in understanding their financial performance, we want to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities:* * Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records for diverse set of clients.
* Prepare comprehensive financial statements.
* Draft accounting memos for clients, providing insights into their business performance based on financial statements.
* Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy * Opportunity to contribute to accounting blog posts and assist with tax return preparation if desired.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
* QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience with remote work as a self-motivated contractor.
* Basic accounting knowledge test will be administered during the interview process.
* Familiarity with tax preparation is a significant plus.
