Payment Processing Specialist

Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
As a Process Payment specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to account reconciliation, data entry, and account analysis.

Responsibilities: - Submit Applications and coordination to successfully activate new payment merchant account.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records - Utilize software to input and update financial data - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information - Provide support during audits or other financial reviews - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Previous experience in public accounting or similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills: - Account reconciliation - Quickbooks or similar - Negotiation skills - Account analysis - Accounting principles and practices - Public accounting experience preferred - Accounts receivable knowledge - Data entry proficiency - Organizing and submitting applications We offer bonuses based on successfully completing monthly tasks.
