Opportunity available for detail oriented & organized person to support our Accounts Receivable & Accounting department.
Position includes working in partnership with 2 departments as an AR Clerk and support in General Accounting.
Must be motivated, teachable, reliable, responsible & work well with others.
Skills needed:
Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
Accounting aptitudes helpful & preferred.
Detail oriented, Problem solving, Discretion in work.
Accuracy in communications and data entry.
Good written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
AR Management, Positive outcomes, Customer Communications via phone/email.
Documentation, Process Control, Proofing, Special Projects, Back up to Accounting Dept when needed.
