*Overview:* As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making within our organization.
You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to help guide strategic initiatives and optimize business performance.

*Responsibilities:* * *Strategic Planning:* Collaborate with the CFO to develop and execute strategic plans, financial goals, and initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and drive organizational growth.
* *Performance Monitoring:* Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the financial performance of the organization.
Monitor and analyze financial results, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
* *Financial Planning and Forecasting:* Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and business drivers to support the forecasting process and identify opportunities for improvement.
* *Financial Analysis:* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
Interpret financial data to evaluate performance, identify key drivers of revenue and expenses, and provide actionable insights to management.
* *Reporting:* Prepare and distribute financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and the Board of Directors.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
* *Investment Analysis:* Evaluate potential investments, capital projects, and strategic initiatives.
Perform cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI) calculations, and sensitivity analysis to assess the financial viability and risks associated with proposed projects.
* *Financial Modeling:* Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
Build complex financial models to forecast cash flows, assess valuation, and analyze business scenarios.
* *Risk Management:* Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments that may impact financial performance.
* *Business Partnering:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and procurement, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and business leaders.
* *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of financial reporting and analysis.
Implement best practices and automation tools to optimize workflows.
* *Compliance and Controls:* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
* *Ad-hoc Projects:* Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to address specific business needs and challenges.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Master's degree or professional certification (e.

* 3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is preferred.
