Part-time Bookkeeper

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles and experience with various financial tasks.
Duties: - Process accounts payable - Review financials - Tracking investment portfolio - Processing Condo sales files - Completion of estoppels -Reconcile and maintain balance sheets - Conduct account reconciliations - Process payroll accurately and timely - Utilize financial concepts to assist with financial reporting - Assist with year-end closing process - Support the team with general accounting tasks - Make bank deposits - Back up front desk person as needed - Other tasks as assigned Experience: The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles - Proficiency in QuickBooks - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles - Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures - Familiarity with financial statements and reports - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively -Excellent communication and organizational skills - French speaking a plus (no Creole) - Paid holidays and PTO.
